First, the hosts of the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even organized a private picnic for us. Second, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was close to all the main attractions and only a short walk away from the ferry terminal. Lastly, the room itself was cozy and tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our stay.
We did encounter a few downsides during our trip. there was no outdoor area where we could enjoy our breakfast or dry our clothes.

Convenient location near market and Diocletian's Palace. Welcoming hosts invited us for wine and food. Apartment well-equipped with hairdryer, TV, stereo, and WiFi. Able to leave bags with helpful family. felt like saying goodbye to friends. Recommended.

I traveled to Studios Balic Lux for a week-long stay in Split. The owners, an elderly couple, provided exceptional service and even though they didn't speak fluent English, their son, Josip, helped us communicate effectively. We were treated to a delicious breakfast and even invited to their home for a homemade dinner. The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere truly enhanced our experience. Additionally, the location was perfect, allowing us easy access to the ferry and nearby attractions. I couldn't be happier with my stay at Studios Balic Lux.
Can just recommend this hotel.
